Documentary exploring the breadth of autism and ADHD in Ireland today. Authored and presented by occupational therapist, Hannah Daly, who was identified as Autistic and ADHD in her late 30s, the programme tells a variety of personal stories and dispels some of the myths about neurodivergence.
It is estimated that up to 20% of the Irish population may be is neurodivergent, with research confirming that Autistic and ADHD individuals can often experience higher rates of physical and mental health challenges. The documentary highlights the importance of knowing how to best navigate the world, the need for a more inclusive society and of recognising the value of being neurodivergent.
