Time to Move on from Congregated Settings – A Strategy for Community Inclusion is an Irish national policy under the Transforming Lives Programme. It aims to transition people with disabilities out of large institutional settings (where 10 or more people live together) into ordinary, community-based homes housing no more than four individuals.
